Parking outside with two shallow steps lead up on to the veranda which is gated with room for a table and chairs the perfect spot to have lunch or a pre dinner drink, room too for sunloungers, close to the waters edge and a grass area to the side. A spot hard to tear yourself away from. From the veranda the front door leads into a stylish kitchen with breakfast bar a larder fridge freezer washer/dryer, dishwasher electric cooker/hob and microwave. The lounge area which is open planned with the kitchen carries on the stylish theme with a large leather corner suite, TV DVD Freeview and music system, with views out over the water. A small inner hall leads off to two double bedrooms with wardrobes and dressing table in each, to finish off a luxury double steam shower room, with WC and hand wash basin.
