Four steps lead up to a gated veranda with garden furniture. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one double with lake views, a twin room with views out over the trees and a small bunk room suitable for children only. There is also a family bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin. Downstairs is open plan with a well equipped fitted kitchen, electric cooker, hob, with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Dining table and lounge area with electric fire, TV, free view, DVD with music system. Amenities include a night storage heater, separate utility with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board which leads into a double steam luxury shower room with w.c and hand wash basin. Bedding and towels provided.
