Please include a short covering note stating holiday dates, lodge number, your address and contact numbers, upon receipt a written confirmation will be sent. Payment in full will be required four weeks prior to your arrival. You are advised to arrange your own cancellation insurance. Short breaks are defined as 3 nights 4 nights or 5 nights and may commence on any day of the week. These are charged at the following percentage of the weekly rate. 3 nights 65% 4 nights 75% and five nights 85%. They are not normally offered during peak periods namely school holidays, bank holidays Christmas and the New Year. Unless there is very late availability. Arrival and departure times are usually flexible so please discuss with us.
